The Halfmoon Bay Childcare Centre Society’s daycare maintains a waiting list for children. When there are vacancies, new children will be accepted.
Complete our Waitlist Request form – a copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided. If/when spaces become available, we will contact you to discuss available time slots. If your child is currently under 3 years old when you are submitting the form, we will contact you closer to the date when your child would be eligible. Thank you!

Priority for admission and readmission are as follows:
1. Children currently enrolled part-time and increasing to full-time
2. Siblings of children already enrolled
3. Children who want re-admission to the program
4. Children applying for admission for the first time
The Manager will contact the parents/guardians on the waiting list to ensure that they are still requesting a space. No family will be discriminated against on the basis of race, language, socio-economic status, gender or sexual orientation.
*The centre may have to decline service for reasons such as, but not limited to: noncompliance to the health policy, the unavailability of additional specialized staff to help a child with unique needs, or disrespectful behaviour to our staff. Please see our Parent Handbook for details on the right to decline service.
